They apply to all users and to any other persons or organizations that submit, manage, review, publish or otherwise interact with content through the platform.

2. Provider

The platform is provided by:

3. Services Provided by allgroups.chat

allgroups.chat provides a platform through which group-related content, invitation links, descriptions, categories, locations and other information can be displayed, submitted, reviewed, moderated and managed.

We may adapt, expand, restrict or discontinue platform features at any time where this is necessary for proper, secure or economically reasonable operation.

4. Registration and User Account

Certain features may require registration or a user account.

Users are required to:

  • provide accurate information during registration,
  • keep access credentials confidential,
  • not make their user account available to unauthorized third parties,
  • inform us without undue delay if there are indications of misuse.

We may temporarily restrict or suspend user accounts if there are specific indications of a breach of these terms, legal requirements or security interests.

5. Permitted Use

The platform may only be used in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms and Conditions.

In particular, the following is prohibited:

  • posting unlawful, misleading or deceptive content,
  • submitting inaccurate or unauthorized group information,
  • using the platform for spam, fraud or abusive mass activities,
  • attempting to bypass technical protection or security measures,
  • disrupting platform operations or accessing areas that have not been made available.

6. Content and Submissions

The person submitting or otherwise responsible for content and information is solely responsible for that content and information.

By submitting content, the submitting person confirms that:

  • they are entitled to transmit and use the relevant content,
  • no third-party rights are infringed,
  • the information is accurate and up to date to the best of their knowledge.

We are not obliged to publish submitted content. There is also no entitlement to permanent availability, specific placement or a specific reach.

7. Review, Moderation and Removal of Content

We may review, edit, reject, restrict or remove content and submissions at our reasonable discretion where this is necessary, in particular:

  • to comply with legal requirements,
  • to protect users,
  • to preserve platform integrity,
  • to prevent misuse, fraud or legal violations,
  • to enforce these terms of use.

8. Availability

We make reasonable efforts to provide the platform with as little interruption as possible. However, uninterrupted and error-free availability at all times is not owed.

Maintenance, technical disruptions, security measures, outages of external services or other circumstances may in particular lead to temporary restrictions.

9. Third-Party Providers and External Services

The platform may contain technical interfaces, login methods, links or other features from external providers, in particular in connection with Google, Apple, WhatsApp or infrastructure and security services.

The respective terms and policies of those third-party providers apply to their services, content or data processing.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence as well as in cases of injury to life, body or health.

In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of material contractual obligations. In this case, liability is limited to the typically foreseeable damage.

Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

To the extent that users culpably post unlawful content or otherwise culpably cause legal violations in connection with their use of the platform, they are obliged to indemnify us against resulting third-party claims to the extent permitted by law.

12. Term and Termination

Users may terminate their user account at any time within the available features or stop using the platform.

We may terminate usage relationships ordinarily or extraordinarily for good cause, suspend user accounts or remove content where legitimate reasons exist.

13. Data Protection

Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions with effect for the future where this is necessary for objective reasons, in particular due to further development of the platform, changes in legal requirements or adjustments to our services.

15. Final Provisions

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.

If individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions are or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
